If not, then you may be interested in joining our team; but be warned that joining us is a bit like joining the SAS (except without the slug-eating and the whole being-shot-at thing). To qualify, you have to already be a very good, highly successful soldier, (or in our case, mortgage adviser). We’re not interested in training anyone up to a basic competency level. We’re interested in taking you from the level of the good to the level of exceptional.
You will see your income rise exponentially - but, be warned - you will be challenged and stretched and you will have to be prepared to widen your skill set and grow. However, it won’t be a completely Spartan experience… it’s actually important to us that our consultants enjoy a high quality of life. Part of our core belief as a company is that you’ll work far better if you enjoy what you do, feel valued, respected, supported - and are not being pushed beyond your limits.
